At LanesRide, we value your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated user data, please fill out the form below.

What will happen when you request data deletion?

• Your profile information (full name, email, phone number) will be deleted.
• Your ride history and payment information will be deleted.
• Any stored preferences or app settings will be cleared.

Retention Notice: Certain data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes before it is permanently deleted.

After submitting your request, our support team will process it within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
